Sylvie was born in Clacton, London on the 1st December 1948 to George Chapman Musgrave (deceased 1976) & Emily Catherine Rosina Musgrave (deceased 1992). The youngest of three girls, Sylvie by her own admission was lively and outgoing and headstrong. Sister to Margaret and Jean the girls were close. In mums teenage years she loved to dance and would go dancing down the palais with her Dusty like Beehive and black Mascara. Mum was married by the time she was 19 and at the age of 20 she gave birth to a son, Rodney George and a year later to Terence John. Having remarried to Henry William (Dave) she had a daughter Lisa Catherine and finally another son Alan William. Mum was the bedrock of our family and very loved and cherished. She installed in all of us the values and principles that we all stand by today. a loving mother who was always there for her children and in turn had the respect of all of us. A close family unit that like most had their troubles but when it was needed we came together as one family. In 2002 Cancer tried to take you from us back then but you bravely faced what lied ahead and did not complain and underwent extensive surgery to remove the cancer and we were rewarded with 10 years with you. Your strength and courage in the face of everything you faced was an inspiration. But things have a habit in going in circles and after a short illness was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer you never had a chance and in only 4 weeks from diagnosis it took you from us. Now that you're gone we miss you more a huge hole that will never be filled in our lives. A love like yours lasts a lifetime but will never go out as we will cherish your memory until our days are over and we get to share our love with you again. Sleep well mum we love you XXXXXXX
